Diamond Mirialveda

Immersed in the green countryside of San Pantaleo, the two stone-clad buildings are arranged around the swimming pool that overlooks the green and flowery valley.

The main body of Diamond Mirialveda consists of a large living and dining room, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and an additional bedroom,  located behind the separate kitchen adjacent to the living room, owning its private bathroom.

A few steps away, with independent access, the dependence has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Externally, the covered verandas,  furnished with sofas and loungers, overlook the swimming pool.  A very pleasant BBQ corner, covered with white sails, is furnished with a large table and built-in sofas.

Two covered and two uncovered parking spaces can be reached from within the property. 

The villa enjoys a strategic position: it is only 5 minutes by car from the picturesque village of San Pantaleo and from the famous beaches of the Costa Smeralda.
